Submission Guidelines

 

IMPORTANT: Abstracts acceptance results: April 1, 2025. Authors will be contacted via their EasyChair account or email (please check your spam folder).

  • One author/one presentation policy. The presentation policy for each author registered for the conference is a single paper. Registration to the congress for multiple presentations is not allowed.
 

FULL PAPER SUMBISSIONS NOW OPEN

We are pleased to announce that the submission period for full papers for IASS 2025 is now open. The deadline for submission is May 26, 2025.

Authors are required to submit their full papers via the EasyChair platform under the acronym IASS 2025 FULL PAPER (IASS 2025 FP). Please ensure that you follow the guidelines and naming conventions outlined below to complete your submission successfully.

Required Documents for Submission:

  1. Full Paper Template
    Authors must download the Full Paper Template and follow the instructions regarding length (10-12 pages or 15,000 words), structure, and acknowledgements.

  2. Copyright Declaration
    A completed Copyright Declaration must be uploaded as a PDF.

  3. UNAM Image Authorization
    A completed UNAM Image Authorization must also be submitted as a PDF.

File Naming Conventions:

  • Full Paper: Save your file in Word format using the following naming convention:
    XXX_Author(S)_LastName(s)_IASS2025
    (Example: 000_Elisa_Drago_Quaglia_IASS2025)

  • Copyright Declaration: Save as a PDF with the following name:
    XXX_Copyright_IASS2025

  • UNAM Image Authorization: Save as a PDF with the following name:
    XXX_UNAM_IASS2025

Note: XXX refers to the ID number assigned to you during the abstract submission.

Please ensure that all documents are uploaded by May 26, 2025.
