Submission Guidelines


All papers must be original and not simultaneously submitted to another journal or conference. 

  • Call for abstracts: January 27 to February 28, 2025 
  • Extended dateMarch 14, 2025.

Abstracts. The abstract must be a single paragraph of only text (equations, figures or special characters may NOT be included), and should be limited to 10 to 15 lines of text.

NOTE: This abstract will appear with the paper’s metadata on the Proceedings IASS Website if accepted.

The abstract submission must include 5 keywords maximum.

  • Abstracts acceptance. The abstract acceptance will be published on April 1, 2025. Full paper submission will start from April 1, 2025.
  • NOTE: Please indicate if you want to apply for the 23rd Hangai Prize. Be aware of the eligibility criteria.
  • One author/one presentation policy. The presentation policy for each author registered for the conference is a single paper. Registration to the congress for multiple presentations is not allowed.
