Workshops will be held in person at the Palacio de Mineria in downtown Mexico City on Sunday, October 26, 2025.<\/p>\n<p>Workshops may be proposed for either a full day (divided into morning and afternoon sessions) or a half day (afternoon session only). Fees collected for workshops will cover material costs and catering for the workshop day. However,&nbsp; no compensation will be provided for tutor costs or expenses.<\/p>\n<p>Since participants will be students, we aim to keep workshops affordable and minimize associated costs.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><strong>Submission Requirements<\/strong>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Workshop proposals shall be submitted as a single-page PDF, including the following information headings:&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Title:<\/strong> Name given to the workshop&nbsp;<\/li>\n<li><strong>Topic:<\/strong> Describing the principal topic, relevance, teaching intent, method, and any prerequisites or preparation material required&nbsp;<\/li>\n<li><strong>Tutors:<\/strong> List participating tutors teaching the workshop with name and institutional\/professional aliation&nbsp;<\/li>\n<li><strong>Duration:<\/strong> Indicate if the proposed workshop is to be a full day or half day (4-8 hours)&nbsp;<\/li>\n<li><strong>Audience:<\/strong> Identify who is the anticipated audience (students, researchers, professionals, all, other\u2026)&nbsp;<\/li>\n<li><strong>Group Size:<\/strong> How many expected participants (min.-max.)&nbsp;<\/li>\n<li><strong>Resources:<\/strong> All workshops will be provided with a room and HDMI connection for projector or display. Please list any additional technical or material requirements \u25cf Image: Include ONE image that represents the topic and workshop&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong><br><\/strong><\/p><p><strong>Submission Instructions<\/strong>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Please compile the above information clearly as a single-page PDF.
